Very proud of his managerial ability, is our Sam.
I think that the appointment of Benitez will give him an added incentive, if he needed one, to ensure we survive.

He's got a get out clause in his contract if they do get relegated.

Fair comment mate. A lot of others come on and are pretty articulate as a whole, with decent views and balanced opinions. This one is an itch that can't be scratched, on here just to niggle and draw attention. The Boro board must be a f***ing hoot if this is the kind they give day release to, to troll other teams forums.
 
All these win percentages being thrown about, they are absolutely irrelevant. This is a completely different t situation to any other team he has managed probably in his career.

It makes a huge difference, Man Utd have the second best defence in the PL, and it's mostly down to how organised they are as rather than them having quality defenders.

Lovren was one of the best CBs in a PL season because of good defensive organisation, with Schneiderlin and Wanyama protecting the back 4 and without that has looked shite at Liverpool.

Not saying he's a a guaranteed success but I do think he will sort them out.
 
I was hoping Ian Cathro was out the door too because I want to be able to like him again!

Always nice to see a local lad (to me) do well, and then he spoiled it by joining that lot!
 
They will improve. I think players like Sissoko will up his game and the fans will get behind the team. I think the difference for me is that i thought we would stay up without having to do anything particularly great because they had this huge cloud over them. Now I think we will have to get a good few results. I still think we can do it but its harder now.

If he had something decent (or constructive criticism btw) I would engage and debate..... But he's just a sad nacker who is probably about 14 year old !
The thought of going on another teams board, signing up, then posting inane shit just to wind them up, is the LAST thing I would ever think of doing ! I have got MUCH better things to do with my life mate ! :lol:
