the rules of whoever judges acacemies to be catgory one require t o be advertosed. people on here touch themselves moist about a cat one academy then whine when the rules are followed to stay cat one.
cant ever remember seeing it advertised previously on SAFC.com. That was the point of the post

Everyone off here should apply for it, just bullshit your way as far as you can, see who gets furthest through the process. Probably one of us will end up with the job!

well maybe they were doing it wrong last time.
When has any professional football club advertised a senior post on their website?
I don’t remember the CEO role being advertised on the website? Are you suggesting this process was done incorrectly?

It will be in house. We haven't got a pot to piss in. (unless the Eastleigh link). Has to be advertised though. It will be wrapped up in the next week I reckon.

I’d poach Mark Atkinson back from Newcastle.

I heard when he was at Sunderland, he was a top drawer coach and head of coaching. He has done every role in the club and knows his stuff.

The FA advertise a lot of top jobs on their website.

I have to admit it doesn't really bother me in any way that we've put an advert out like. I reckon plenty of people would whinge if we didn't..

"Not even advertising it, man.... Jobs for the boys... Eastleigh lad will come in"

My lad is off school for the summer he could work full time and then do part time once he goes back in September to finish his A levels. He wants to do sports science at university, it might help on his UCAS form

Ok why not suggest to him that he applies

Exactly. Also I'm sure someone mentioned earlier that it is a requirement of being a category 1 academy that you have to advertise key academy positions in at least 3 places for at least a week (or something along those lines), so they probably didn't have a choice
