Exactly. Also I'm sure someone mentioned earlier that it is a requirement of being a category 1 academy that you have to advertise key academy positions in at least 3 places for at least a week (or something along those lines), so they probably didn't have a choice

I have to admit it doesn't really bother me in any way that we've put an advert out like. I reckon plenty of people would whinge if we didn't..

"Not even advertising it, man.... Jobs for the boys... Eastleigh lad will come in"

Get your point mate, however it comes down to the simple fact that we keep f***ing the appointments up. If we’d been getting them right no one would be focusing on it. I personally don’t mind it going out on the website
