As much as I hate yo say it, the aussie pace attack is relentless
They are good but our batsmen make them look a lot better.

Bonkers they played siddle instead of Hazelwood at edgbaston.

Cummins is unreal. Made his debut in 2011 but injuries have had their toll, would have over 300 wickets had he stayed fit already.

0-2 in any format of cricket is awful, no one should disagree with that. That is not the start we needed! Captain you expect him to be the cool head stay in.

Yes Australia have bowled well but well Aussie average similar to us in batting stakes other than smith who’s not human.

Roy was put in as an opener because we had no one else and his confidence was shot. Mistake putting him in at one.

A spinner who’s giving too many runs away needs to be changed if you are trying to keep the rate down.

Stop talking common sense. Everything is fine. Roll on the new competition to enhance test cricket

That for me has been the difference. They build pressure by their accuracy, making our batsmen play more times than our bowlers do to them.
I reckon Broards and Archers stats are just as good as the Aussie bowlers, Smith is the difference, pure and simple.

The situation desurves criticism but not roots individual dismissal and especially when you haven't even seen it

We have to give credit to Smith and their bowlers, even when we have had the odd big partnership with Root and Burns, they have had to grind it out and work very hard.

And during them partnerships the Aussies still bowled well and gave nothing away, Hazelwood and Cummins have been on the button time and time again.
