Its vouchers, not money, presumably with a use by date.Cos lots of folk will either save the money and not spend it or spend it online and not on the industry's that need it
Where could you spend that amount of money in Shields? There’s f*ck all shops left.It can be spent in shops as well, just not online. Sounds good to me but shopping locally should be encouraged to help your citys economy.
