£37 for a veggie breakfast in Borough Market

What was the price breakdown?
I have no idea I was in shock. Was very tasty but nearly double when I was there the last time and that was already steep.

Veggie breakfast, hash browns and a Fanta.

At least I blagged a free pint at half time, they felt sorry for me..

Something doesn't add up here.

From the photo it looks like Maria's cafe in Borough Market. While not the cheapest in the world it's nowhere near £37

It's 100% not that much
Who would pay that at a cafe in borough market..
£12.50, it's cheaper than my local cafe in the new forest

London isn't that expensive - opposite borough market you have several chain places - honest burger / pizza , tortilla - all the same price as everywhere in the country.
Why would a cafe charge £25 more than the going rate..
You can get a breakfast at claridges for £40

Nearly double the last time.. so means you spent 20 notes or so on a breakfast last time. Should have learnt then..
