After 20 years of this board you would have thought I could have uploaded a picture of the daylight robbery that happened to me this morning.
We just got 1 each Salt & Vinegar, Cheese & Onion & Ready Salted.
With 3 drinks was still less than half the cost of a veggie brekkie.
What was the price breakdown?

I have no idea I was in shock. Was very tasty but nearly double when I was there the last time and that was already steep.
Veggie breakfast, hash browns and a Fanta.
At least I blagged a free pint at half time, they felt sorry for me..

£12.50, it's cheaper than my local cafe in the new forest
London isn't that expensive - opposite borough market you have several chain places - honest burger / pizza , tortilla - all the same price as everywhere in the country.
Why would a cafe charge £25 more than the going rate..
You can get a breakfast at claridges for £40

Probably been on the bill as 2 and that would make sense.
