I think my only change for me would be to start phases outside of ‘normal’ working hours

What is your reasoning for that?Points for attending home games as a season card holder should be done too.

Wasn't this problem in league 1.
Would you get 19 points for the purchase of the season card, or just points for, say, the 13 games you attend?I think it closes the gulf slightly regarding points - and loyalty should be valued both home and away.
It’s not going to be a huge deal breaker, but it could be enough move people up a points bracket

Sort of what I thought. It would just move the phases up by 69 points or whatever (3 x 23 match seasons before this one). You’d be no closer than you are now, bar a few who didn’t have STs for all three seasons.
20% of ticket allocation to go into a ballot for all season ticket holders has been brought up apparently![]()
50% of allocated amount to STH with 70+ points. 50% plus anything leftover from above phase into a ballot system STH only with a deadline to enter the ballot.
Mate of mine is a Man Utd STH and this is what they do. Out of the ballot this season hes had City, Spurs and Arsenal. Usually get between 15k and 20k in the ballot per game.
And whoever makes the point 'wasn't like this in League 1' spare a thought for those that did the hard yards in L1 but lost a load of loyalty points in the 3 season cull at the beginning of this season. There'll be a few who did the undesirable aways in L1 who've got no chance of a PL away game under the current system.

I am the same mate. On 69 points for Bournemouth and first pahase was 70. This was the 4th game in the last 8 months or so where I was outside the frist phase by 1 or 2 pts. Those were Oxford away last season, Brentford this season, Oxford in the FA Cup and Bournemouth. I have managed to get a ticket in all 4 second phases and given that I 'only' did 13 aways and cup games in the 22/23 season that will drop off in the summer, I think I will move up into the first phase for every game going forward. That's a relief as today was stressful.Agreed that the current system is very good and fair.
I think the only amendment they could make (and I appreciate this would be a massive faff) would be to potentially have an application period, and then allocate tickets (or the option to buy tickets) on that basis. I.e. they go down the list and say if the 1,300th person applying for Bournemouth was on 63 points, that’s the level for selling out that game.
I feel a bit sorry for people who can’t access a computer at 1200 on days like today, where it was inevitable phase 2 was going to sell out instantly.
As I work from home or the office, the current system works in my favour, so no bitterness here!
Yep and same for season tickets too. The 6000 who have had their STs the least amount of time have to go into a ballot with everyone on the waiting listDreadful idea.
I hope anyone backing it would also be willing to risk any cup final tickets to a non season card holder ballot.
It’s amazing on how there was no mention of a ballot for Plymouth, Swansea and Cardiff away last season.50% of allocated amount to STH with 70+ (65/60 could be set at whatever level) points. 50% plus anything leftover from above phase into a ballot system STH only with a deadline to enter the ballot.
