Away tickets - Loyalty points . . .

As a poster pointed out your youngest son 2 years ago was 13. I know dog years are multiples of 7 what are multiples in your special cases or are you just a complete liar who has been sussed?

Which ones out of interest? Probably doesn’t know which ones.
I've explained that post, very weird that people are stalking posts for two years ago.

I'm not sharing details with you, you seem obsessed.

Aye but he has to go now. NOW!!!
For the 10th time, no that's completely wrong.

I've said has no way of building points. I get that he can't have away tickets straight away, but there is no way to accumulate points unless we turn crap next season.

I'm happy to wait if there's a path to getting enough points, but that path is only a possibility and may never happen.

There’s only one person obsessed and it’s not me. The only person everyone is having a go at in this thread is u. Does that kit tell u something?

In 3 years time, when he’s 16, he’ll have enough points to be in phase 2. That’s contingent on him going to the undesirable games; the long journeys and midweek games.

Assuming there was a small number set aside to go to a ballot (for 3,000 allocations), while it would give those on low points a chance to get to an away game or two during the season, it's still not going to build them enough points to get into the phases until demand drops.

I'd like the club to release a list of how many fans are in each point bracket. It would make it easier to work out what a fair system might look like.

Because he’ll be able to get more than 5 points a season😂😂😂

You’re treating our first season back in the PL in a decade as if it’s the norm. It’s a complete outlier and demand is already dropping off. Home games not selling out shows that.

Only 30 left for Burnley now. That's near as damn it a sell out. And Liverpool will move now they've eased the restrictions.

Midweek games then to be outliers anyway.

I'm sure all those in the cartel want to keep it that way.

I don't care if 1000 people disagree. Mathematically it's a closed shop until and if demands drops.

How?

I've worked out he can get a max of 5 pts a season, that gives 15, which isn't enough for phase 2.

You're assuming we get shit and demand drops, but that's far from certain.

If it doesn't drop, then what?

Can you understand english, you seem to be struggling to understand a simple point.
How about we have a system where both you and your son have to go in a ballot - he might get a ticket and you might miss out. What will you do then?

Again, if you read my previous posts. I've clearly said, if it returns to normal then there isn't an issue.

The question is what do we do if it doesn't return to those demand levels?

Create a system which caters for group entries.

You want to think yourself lucky you can get to the home games with your son at least. I had a season ticket from 1990 until around 7 years ago when my Mam got really poorly then died 3 years ago. She looked after my severely disabled daughter and autistic son while I went to the home games, since then I haven't been able to go to any as I have no one else to look after them for me. I will never get to another game home or away. However that is how my life panned out and as much as I'd love to go to the matches again circumstances have dictated I can't. Circumstances at the mioment mean your son can't go to away games but at least he'll be able to in the future. You aren't a victim.

Cartel 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The whole argument it’s a closed shop relies on either:

A. We continue to be good, but not good enough that we increase the number of difficult to get to European games/ boring cup games/ games at difficult times because of TV - that allows fans to build points

B. We continue to be good, but at a level where fans won’t lose interest when they’ve been to certain PL grounds a couple of times (ie, standing still)

C. We don’t go back to being shite, and being in relegation scraps and lower league football, where fans lose interest.

Because if any of those happen, then tickets become available again you assume.

Numerous games have gone to phase 3 this season

I assume you’re referring to me.

You do realise kids are born every year and they’ll be a steady stream of people in this situation.

At the moment, it’s a case of those with high points get to go to all the games and won’t countenance anyone going to even one game if it means they can’t go to all.

Not to mention those on shift work, those who can’t afford to go to every game, and so on.

It’s a closed shop with no way of entering unless demand drops, and I don’t believe the fables that it will drop next season. People are assuming we’ll end up being shit again, but I don’t see that and I don’t buy the “just wait and we promise we’ll change it if it doesn’t get better” either.

Yes, you went to Norwich on a Tuesday, that shouldn’t mean you get to go to every single away game and others get to go to none.

The solution is to give a bcp for every home game and women’s game too. Then every bcp you have is one entry into the ballot.

That way someone on 70pts gets 70 entries and is 70 times more likely to get a ticket than someone on one, but it gives everyone a chance.
A BCP for the women's match, what a load of rubbish
