I wouldn’t but it’s a popular location to be in. There’s one round the corner for a similar price and another on for more that. It sold for just under 700k years ago.

Nice. Small point: I never understand why estate agents call houses 'architect designed'. Who else designs houses? Zoo keepers? Physiotherapists? Train drivers?

Well… I designed our house and I‘m none of those 3!
Did have to use an architect to turn my drawings into technical plans for planning permission and the builders.
