Assume they priced it to reflect those in the same area. There is a one for sale, just around the corner. Again it is a lovely house but on the main road. OO £800k. Was, I think, originally at £875k.

I drove past the Blind Lane property this morning and the front of the house is very close to the main road, and it will be difficult to get in and out a lot of the time.

Was going to mention that earlier. Clever foreshortening in the pics make the front area appear far larger than it is.

Not sure tbh. Think they do have generous space out back. That road, during the busy periods, will be awful though. It is very busy most evenings. Not sure on morning however logic suggests it will be the same.
There is a standalone bungalow, on a far larger plot, on North Lodge Private Road. It is £1m but it’s just gone on market and suspect that to be very optimistic. Far better location albeit not ready to move in. Regardless, a better investment.

You wouldn't want to pay £800k to live on a busy main road though, that'll be part of the reasons why it's been for sale for ages. I'm sure it's been on this thread alone a few times
