A ridiculous figure for a few facial injuries. Allegedly paid that amount because he can not work again, then gets the Northern Superchargers coaching job and a new series.A lot of people with life changing injures have not even recd 1/2 that amount.

That’s a bit harsh mate. On the programme last night he said he didn’t leave the house in 7 months and even then he wore a full face mask. He also said he would never be better, just different. For a previously confident and healthy bloke to suffer from huge anxiety, flashbacks and recurring nightmares is pretty life changing.

I know of cases where peoples lifes HAVE been changed completely, like being in a wheelchair for the rest of their lives and not recd 1/4 of that amount.
