A court of law can’t convict for something he might do no but there’s something there’s a lot of evidence to suggest he did do and no football club in their right mind would let him represent themFair point.
That all becomes a bit minority report though right - convicting a man for a crime he might commit, not one he actually has.

you also point out she has clearly forgiven him, abuse victims are often either in denial or under a hold from their abuser where they feel they can’t leave them/report them, she may well still be suffering despite the front being put on
I agree unfortunately he can’t just be sacked without compensation due to a lack of conviction but all evidence suggests the blokes an absolute monster and can’t be left to a position of privilege, the club need to take the financial hit, bin him off and leave him to his own devices and you’d hope no one else is stupid enough to give it a go
