Somewhat randomly came across this video on Youtube and the bulk of the highlights are assists/goals in the championship of which there are many.

I know he had his injury problems and career issues but given what he was like at this level, should we be expecting a little more from him?

P.S I must say I think he's been absolutely class for us and his quality really shows but just asking the question if he could level up...

If you look at his stats he does nowhere near enough. They simply should be better. I'd love to know how many times he's assisted the assister as he is involved in our goals quite a bit without getting the all important stats.

I said he was quality in the initial post. I'm just asking if people think he should do more, not saying that's what he should be doing. Hardly ridiculous given there's three pages of decent discussion about it.

Not this again. He needs a striker to assist, he does his best work around a striker. He's never let his effort levels or head drop. He's come here and it was probably touch and go for him but his own admission for whatever reason he wasn't enjoying it anymore. Now he is. It's not his fault we've had no forward to work with.

I think it’s a combination of he stood out more in league one and also our lack of striker impacting his natural game. Still first choice for me
