Is there much difference between a jazz and precision bass?My Fender Jazz bass is my go to bass, love it, had it since I was 18 and still going strong. Prefer it to my Ricky.

Yes the neck on the Jazz bass is thinner than a Precision Bass so it's more comfortable to play, plus the body shape/pick ups are different. Both versatile basses but I've always preferred the look, feel and tone of the Jazz bass.Is there much difference between a jazz and precision bass?
