I accept distances, generally.So you would agree that the distances travelled many times should be reasonably accurate?
For instance have you been to Lledrod in Wales, if not and you were going to go I'm assuming you'd trust the distance on other maps people have produced
Also if you don't think the distances are correct or you claim not to know them because you haven't travelled them yourself how do you know your layout?
That's why I disproved it.If I didn't believe something, I'd be looking for ways to disprove it instead of just making up an alternative and then denying reality.
Yep, I also did that.If I claimed to be searching for an alternative by doing simple experiments, I'd also do simple experiments to disprove what I didn't believe.
