Sunday side has gone down too I think. Fair play though they’ve still turned out teams and they’ll probably start getting wins again in ‘23.
Just had a message saying that they are going ahead.

Yeh just seen. Great news.
Would have been unfair to have teams relegated/miss promotion because of cancellations. We finished last week like but the bottom two in our league can still stay up with a win
@robkitchuk as you seem well up on these things, what are the games with stuff riding on them tomorrow?

Going back in the days before mobiles and the internet the club 'house phone' would never stop ringing with people asking for updates, especially at crucial stages of the season. Use to funny when a random drinker in there would pick it up get a bemused look on his face when someone on the other end is asking him for the scores ha

Division 1 - all sorted.
Division 2 - promotion all sorted
Langely vs Hunwick (both in relegation contention)
Murton vs Mainsforth
Bill Quay vs Ushaw Moor
Division 3 - Beamish vs Horden for top spot
Relegation - Ryhope vs Easington, littletown vs Marsden, South Shields vs South Hetton. Boldon already Relegated vs East Rainton
Division 4 - promotion sorted
Relegation- Burnhope vs Esh Winning, Coundon vs Belmont, Bill Quay free weekend.
Division 5 - Kimblesworth vs Mainsforth, Brandon vs Peterlee.
Relegation - Hykton vs Dawdon, Brandon vs Peterlee, Ushaw Moor already Relegated, Murton free weekend.
Division 6 - Belmont vs Wearmouth, Langely vs Beamish (Sunday)
Waiting for the Sunday sun too! Nowt in it now.

Had to wait two days a few weeks back to find out a result in our league which could have effected us! mind the club in question have been playing with 9 and 10 every week so doubt they've got someone keeping on top of the admin side

The league should stipulate that all results must be uploaded to play-cricket by midnight of a matchday. Fines for any team who doesn’t follow this rule.

Bit harsh that. The current rule seems a good compromise i.e. the Monday.
Hunwick and Murton off in Div 2. Looks like Bill Quay are giving it every chance. Gateshead Fell off just down the road though.

Scores definitely. Perhaps an extended deadline for the full scorecard. Wouldn't want to eat in to the post match drinks time too much
I do hope they're up sharp today as we'll find out our final placing
Hilly don't suppose you know any of the Coundon lads who you'd be get a result off from there game today as they're the slow ones for uploading and it's the one which effects us

They didn't the other week when we were there so good point.
