He was shite. But cos he's from Sunderland he has your support
And yous don’t like him for the same reason -he’s a mlf
Football eh?
Mind you wouldn’t find me on a Mags board bleating about it -not after a draw at home with Man City -obsessed

I can’t think of a significant mistake by Pickford for England but can remember him being superb on many occasions. He doesn’t get anywhere near the recognition he deserves from our media either.
Compare to Pope who is solid if unspectacular, though now within the Mags delusion universe that once had a colback for England campaign.

Hahaha only ever wanted a team that tries. What a load of cliche bollocks, don’t expect anything better from Sean Casey the racist mind.

I've always found that "team that tries" bollocks to be massively disrespectful to the players they had.

The problem is, and I hate to say it, whenever ASM got in on the left hand side they looked like scoring

They’re very one dimensional in that respect (defend defend defend, get it to ASM) but it works when he’s on song

Thankfully he only really brings it out when they’re on tele vs a good side

There were a few mags in the pub I was in (in south London FFS) and at one nil I was sat there sniggering. But then I drank up and left at half time 🫤

He will go with Pickford out of loyalty despite Everton having another terrible season, probably with a few others like Maguire and rashford, this of course has some pros that he has players that have done well in the past, tho ultimately failed, if winning trophies is the yardstick, I’d go for players who are confident and on form

Difference is, we potentially have better players than Maguire and rashford to pick from. And also, they are in terrible club form, where Pickford isn't. Despite Everton being shite

He'll go with Pickford because he's also playing very well for Everton. Why can't people accept that?
He's a much, much better keeper than that Dubravka who they've spent years hyping up as being one of the best in the league despite not being very good at all.
They're doing similar with Dan Burn now. He's absolutely turgid

Became an elite premier league club the moment PIF bought the club, despite the wishful thinking on here. You’re just going to have to accept it unfortunately otherwise you’re going to be miserable.
