It's the butterfly effect though. If we hadn't gone down, would Ellis still be in charge? Would we be worse off than we are now?If we'd have signed someone with a bit fight than could finish to replace Grabban instead of this shit head we wouldn't have gone down (and a goalkeeper with working limbs)
The treatment roomSo they would have Wyke, Keane, Lang, Broadhead, Magennis, Humphrys & Fletcher as forwards.
Don't see where Broadhead is going to fit in for them.
Didn’t he not score 3 in an away game at derby we won 1-4 in the relegation season?Seems unlikely given he only scored twice for us
Just the once. Honeyman, Mcgeady and O'Shea with the others according to GoogleDidn’t he not score 3 in an away game at derby we won 1-4 in the relegation season?
must have dreamt it
I really thought he did. We did win 1-4 though? I’m going senileHe didn't score a hat-trick at Derby ya daft auld goat
Cheers. Why I thought he did is beyond me. UselessJust the once. Honeyman, Mcgeady and O'Shea with the others according to Google
My heart was racing there you bazza... the lad was bloody useless.Remember him?

Wonder if broadhead backs himself

.
who was our last hat trick scorer in the championship? Phillips?
Looks like he's scored 18 goals in 121 games since we had him. I think I'd have passed on this one
Marcus Stewart? There must have been someone after Phillips. David Connelly or someone maybe?

In fact, I'm almost glad we didn't go up with Donald and Methren in charge, chances are we'd be yo-yoing between the leagues with them still at the helm.
I’m struggling. Possibly Marcus Stewart , he did score a hat trick once on a very sad day for me personallyThere must have been someone after Phillips. David Connelly or someone maybe?
No idea but if I was putting money on it I'd go with SleevesThere must have been someone after Phillips. David Connelly or someone maybe?

We already have Simms from Everton, and I think you're only allowed one loan per PL club. So Broadlead was only ever going to be a permanent or nothing.I said this the other day. I’m calling bullshit on the reason. The facts are that Broadhead’s games played were limited by his own body/ injuries. Not by Sunderland. We have 2 strikers they have more. It’s patently obvious that he’s signed an Everton contract and either Wigan paid Everton more towards the loan or what I think is the case he picked a club geographically down the road. That’s his choice but he should have the balls to say it.
We still could have had him on loan technically I think couldn’t we? If he signed an Everton contract it’s a financial decision. I just don’t think it’s about not playing matches. We already have Simms from Everton, and I think you're only allowed one loan per PL club.
