Striker
He'll be their best striker. So they would have Wyke, Keane, Lang, Broadhead, Magennis, Humphrys & Fletcher as forwards.
Don't see where Broadhead is going to fit in for them.

He looks like he has it all but just can’t put it togetherI thought he was canny for us. How many forwards do they need? They must have 6 or 7 now
Wykey will sit tight. It won’t be wyke he is there forever on 11k a week I think
Don’t blame him. Owes mcgeady big timeWykey will sit tight.
f***ing hell man, surely Broadhead thinks he's starting ahead of that lot otherwise he can't be as good as we've made out and be happy we didn't get after all.
Perhaps they don't get on. Maybe he didn't like it up here. It is a strange one though.Still can't get my head around the reasoning. We played two strikers one way or another when Broadhead was fit most of the time last season.
We even played it briefly with Defoe. Yes we'll play one occasionally as well but the lad had a great affinity with the club seemingly, is a different prospect to Stewart and Simms and surely we can't flog Stewart that much again. Broadhead would also fit into wide forward roles occasionally.
I wonder if Everton and Simms being here played a part.

The new stokeHow many players with SAFC connections do they want?
FFS.
He scored a topper in that game.Just the once. Honeyman, Mcgeady and O'Shea with the others according to Google
Will keaneI think we are expecting someone to leave
Broadhead is better comfortably than wyke Fletcher etcDoes make the Broadhead decision even more strange. AN implied he was put off by the competition with Simms….but he’s gone somewhere with more strikers to battle it out with.
Shame like but hopefully we will get another one or two in who can compete:
It's the new forward line for Wigan WarriorsSo they would have Wyke, Keane, Lang, Broadhead, Magennis, Humphrys & Fletcher as forwards.

Broadhead will regret his decision big time, can’t believe he didn’t back himself when the fans and manager both wanted him here to be honest.Remember him?
Off to Wigan
Wonder if broadhead backs himself
Easy when the Wigan manager promises* every one “they’re first choice”f***ing hell, how many strikers do they want?
