Washy Mags, always the worstNot dialect related but a mate from Primary I played footy with had a tattoo done in Benidorm on his leg. A Mag badge. Missed the L out of Newcastle so it read Newcaste United. Bumped into him afore Xmas & he still has it. He's 54![]()
We were midfield dynamos in Peters team Janey. Was a canny player tbf to him. Nice lad being a Mag aside.Washy Mags, always the worstand I’m surprised they got anywhere near the Joes team, given the footy teacher

Well seeing me dad had left by then, he’d have over ruled PeterWe were midfield dynamos in Peters team Janey. Was a canny player tbf to him. Nice lad being a Mag aside.
It’s worse than you could possibly imagineI haven't had the nerve to watch it yet. I presume its as bad as I'm imaging.
No - the natives are revoltingDesperation is creeping in, the natives are getting restless
I am not obsessed about NUFC but simply feel it my duty to correct mis-information, idiocy, myopia and hypocrisy and if it makes some of you check yourselves then job done. I suspect many of us are not travelling as much and often in zoom calls I can be on this site or other football sites when I am passive in meetings. It is not due to some new found obsession with NUFC it is just a side effect of the new world. The recent takeover has just exacerbated the "noise" you all make which has led to this thread being bigger than ever.
NUFC are not some European heavyweight they are one city club in an area where alcohol and football go hand in hand and there is little competition from other sports. They are not the only club to like a number 9, they didn't invent flag waving, they didn't invent photo's on the pitch, they weren't in the Champions League every season in the 1990's and 2000's, the aren't bigger than (<insert club who player prefers to go to>) the list goes on. The huge obsession from likely a small section on Adam Johnson baffles me when considered against Osmond, Cisse and the racist allegations against Beardsley. Ditto the shit seating (that didn't happen) in comparison to someone driving 20 miles to pee on a statue of a former Newcastle player. The hypocrisy of United with Pride wearing NUFC shirts when they would not be welcome in the majority owners country baffles me. The blurring of history such as booing Robson for finishing 5th and then building a statue and repeatedly using this "you will do for me" shows no self awareness. History also blurred regarding Ashley when under his stewardship you got to Europa 1/4 final's. But yet it was 14 years of pain. I am not alone on this site in being able to rattle off example after example of mis-information, idiocy, myopia and hypocrisy.
We know who we are and don't pretend otherwise. The fact we were the "Bank of England" club 00+ years ago is meaningless and likewise the fact that you "almost" won the league a 1/4 of a century ago is also meaningless.
The clue is in the title, you don’t have to read it.Should sticky this thread at the bottom of the page. F*** Newcastle man. Who gives a flying shit. Embarrassing seeing it constantly bumped to the top of page 1. You'd think we were obsessed with the twats.

Rest of the world mate, not country! It’s brilliant how the rest of the country now dislikes them and it’s absolutely killing them. Their need to be loved is absolutely pathetic

Maybe, or it might have something to do with there still being about 20 mins to kick off and the local watering holes still being busy. You must be logged on to see media items

This is one of the things that makes me laugh the most and, to be fair, they’ve never been loved as much as they thought they were, you just had to be a Sunderland supporter on an away day, to know that. It’s brilliant how the rest of the country now dislikes them and it’s absolutely killing them. Their need to be loved is absolutely pathetic
You should have...seats left apparently.
