Irony what a word to use in the context of a discussion around obsession….from a mag who has signed up on a rivals message boardBut you don't see the irony, the most popular thread on here is about NUFC. Obviously look up what irony means first.
Ah right so because you've pointed something out that makes it factual correct does itYou were talking shite. I've pointed out you were talking shite now stop trying to deflect petal
You’ve signed up to a SAFC message board. You need to look up what irony means yourself firstBut you don't see the irony, the most popular thread on here is about NUFC. Obviously look up what irony means first.
No need to call me that, your highness will be acceptable. All hail the excellency.

Lol, you really do need to try harder if you are expecting a bite from me. Like I say, you are on here for our amusement, keep it upKeep smilingwell until your result tomorrow that is
Desperation is creeping in, the natives are getting restlessIf by some chance they check down the back of the sofa and they offer Leicester enough for Maddison, I could 100% see him going there.
He has always been a wrong ‘un.
Keep smilingwell until your result tomorrow that is
couldn’t have put it better myselfA £140m loan from HSBC, to go with the £10m Staveley borrowed from Ashley, and the £30m she owes the Reubens. Ashley reckons she owes him another £4.5 for legal costs as well.
They are also spreading the transfer fees out in instalments in a way Ashley never did- kicking the can down the road Freddy Shepherd style.
I suppose when you pour money down the drain signing up 30 year old journeymen like Burn and Wood on 2.5 year deals, then finances will end up being a bit tight pretty quickly.
Of course, a few hundred million from the Public Investment Fund would sort all that out, but nearly a year after the takeover and there doesn’t seem to be any sign of that.
Staveley could easily put mag minds at rest in that regard by picking up the phone to Caulkin, as she did so frequently after the takeover, but she seems to have completely disappeared for some reason.
In any case, if you’re not ready to pay the big wages for higher quality players then you’ll not get far for very long, and the mags haven’t shown the slightest indication that they are ready to give a player of Maddison’s quality the sort of contract he’d be looking for at this stage in his career. Not a chance he ends up there imo.
They’ll need to sign someone though. The only attacking players they’ve purchased in 2 years are Wood and Willock. Lower mid table sides can easily end up in relegation trouble when they allow stagnation like that.
But you don't see the irony, the most popular thread on here is about NUFC. Obviously look up what irony means first.
