Looking for a 2 bed apartment ideally a old type building conversion within 30 mile of Sunderland, not seen any decent ones on right move.
Anyone aware of new projects starting soon ?

Description reckons theres a swimming pool underneathThat is what I was thinking, or another bedroom / annex if you add a small kitchen and bathroom. And it still has plenty of garden around it.
Is Horden better or worse than Peterlee? I have a sister who lives in Peterlee.
They have been done around 10months or so..Saw them mate look good value the sort of thing I after
thought looking at photo`s not good on eye from the street, years since i been around Chester what's it like for living nowadays ?
Have they just been renovated recently?
Very tastefully done. For that sort of money I'd be looking for somewhere bigger but they have done a good job on it.You must be logged on to see external links
They've done a nice job on this.
It looks nice and big but, unless it's just the photography, the main rooms look a bit to oblong. It would out me off. That seems a big property for a coastal location at that price.

I guarantee you Mrs K will find this and explain to me how we should buy it
Shame that doesn’t have much garden. It could be an excellent development opportunityYou must be logged on to see external links
Prepare your sunglasses for a few pics
Just thinking the same, could be a great investment that. You could Air BnB that out and put a hot tub in etc it would be fully booked all year round.Shame that doesn’t have much garden. It could be an excellent development opportunity
That looks like a lot for not very much. What's wrong with it?There is a one in red rose Terrence top of the street 3 bed two storey apartment

Issue I see is its 3 bedrooms so you'd be attracting a young family but no outside space would put most off, would be decent for a house share though but then only 1 bathroom makes that a bit of a nightmare. Local area doesn't seem bad on a quick look on Google maps though. That looks like a lot for not very much. What's wrong with it?
Is it in a building that houses trouble tenants for instance?
Would be a great buy, if no issues such as above, for a first purchase.
Gets a lot of pub, takeaway noise too...That looks like a lot for not very much. What's wrong with it?

Some nice places in Chester Le street depends on how much you want to payIssue I see is its 3 bedrooms so you'd be attracting a young family but no outside space would put most off, would be decent for a house share though but then only 1 bathroom makes that a bit of a nightmare. Im currently looking for my first place, houses with gardens seem to go pretty quickly whereas flats/apartments seem to stick around for a while, not sure if it's due to price drops in apartments and people expecting too much though or since covid everyone sees outside space as a bigger priority.
I know CLS quite well as live not far away. I do not know the demographic of occupants specific to that development, thus the question. Perhaps i am incorrect in assuming it is cheap? In a great area at the top of the street Google it and you can see
