The suggestion by Putin and his regime is a safe passage for Ukrainians to Belarus or Russia. Somehow I don't think that option will be taken up.

Aye there was a lass on the news earlier saying she wouldn't be leaving as long as the only options were going to Russia or going to Belarus where they'll then be taken to Russia.
