My partners mam works at an MOD distribution hub and she’s said they’ve ramped up and are sending all sorts. She works in the medical bit and apparently were sending tons of medical equipment and rations. It might not be troops but at least countries are helping in other ways.

Aye the aid was promised before but it's ramping up as this was from earlier today.
