seafarers ripped off globally pal
I remember a Jordanian taxi driver taking us to a bar in aqaba. It looked shit so we asked him to take us somewhere more lively. We drove off up into the mountains and after about an hour back down to another bar. By now we were thinking "where the fck are we?" and just paid, jumped out and went into the bar. It was as dead as the first.
Actually, it was the first. The fcker had just driven around the hills for an hour and dropped us at the back of the first bar we'd gone to. We could see the ship about a mile away

Fcker
😂😂

I understand why people feel that way, but where does it end? If the logic is

“We can’t get involved with Russia or they’ll use nukes”

Doesn’t that immediately invalidate NATO? Because if it was say, Estonia they invaded, wouldn’t that nuclear threat still exist?

That just means we have to let Russia do what they want when they want or else they’ll use nukes.
Would a bully even think about attacking a kid who has 29 other brothers that would knowingly come to their brother's defence and knack the bully?

If Ukraine were in NATO would Russia have attacked them? I don't think anyone here would know but I highly doubt it.

Don't all Russian Navy ships need to be followed by tug boats as they are constantly breaking down?
Their only carrier currently in service - the Admiral Kuznetsov certainly does, in fact it has its own personal tug just for that particular job..

Was just reading that Monday could be interesting in Russia with regards to Swift. There is a potential that it could cause fear enough to create a run on the banks, at which point Russias economy will start to tank.

yes and no. the real run is the eu (now being echoed across all nations) preventing foreign assets being liquidated by the Russian central bank.

This makes life very difficult unless China bails Russia out.
