That’s what I thought, well I’ve handed it over, while he hasn’t handed it over and is still running it from afar.

I’d imagine he’s angry and getting desperate. Thought 99.9% were in agreement we shouldn’t put troops in because of the risks

Others will know better, so please correct me if I’m wrong, but I think SWIFT is the software that most international payment platforms run on, it’s a sort of payment operating system, PayPal run off it for example, and maybe some banks use it also.

I can assure you that if the gaffer thought members were being warned or banned simply on a whim and without apparent reference to the rules then the mod concerned would certainly be asked to justify his/her actions.
