Inspired by all you lot I just messaged a guy i know well, Bob Dhillion (yes the same pronounciation..as the other Bob...but he's a Sikh immigrant to Canada who has built a massive rental apartment business from scratch and just been awarded the Order of Canada.

Anyhow suggested he might offer free temporary accommodation for Ukrainian immigrants and he immediately said he would. Will work out the details next week, but will post the story on here once it runs (I'm a journalist...) in Canadian papers - they'll likely all run it...so you know this board has done its bit.

Not in an attention seeking "I'm so worried its going to effect me" kind of way, just constantly feeling the need every 5 minutes to check what's going on?

Can't remember the last time anything triggered that kind of response over the course of a few days
