With conventional tips, they could hit anything and everything they wanted and destroy it.

RT successfully brainwashed Useful Idiots into believing the Syrian revolution was Islamist, due to the participation of a few Islamist groups. They're employing the same disinformation strategy with the Azov battalion and the Ukrainian government.

Everyone knows where the Azov Battalion get their arms from: the Ukrainian government. They're part of the National Guard and tolerated because they're ruthless fighters in a dirty guerrilla war. For every alleged war-crime there are an equal or greater number of allegations against the separatists, made up of nationalists, Russian mercenaries and outright criminals like 'Motorola'. But you aren't too arsed about them, or the war crimes currently being committed by the Russian army, just that Kremlin line cos it makes you an edgy free-thinker.

I'm not assuming anything or being edgy. I've given some pretty anodyne opinions based on facts from official and archive docs I've take the time to look up and read. I've shared a few on this thread.

1. Finland was Russia only 100+years ago. Now proudly independent but not always so. With that you learn to pick your arguments.
2. Honorably held Pact on both sides until 1992 of friendship. One sided yes but I don't recall Finland being in Warsaw Pact... Look up "Finlandization".
3. Big trade partner.
4. Karelia.
5. No big gammon nationalist thing in Finland. Some recently but didn't gain traction UK allowed farage to. Finland political system prevents it.

My history isnt the best at times, but I am sure Finland won a conflict with Russia to stay Independent, that makes a big difference.

Being in charge of an economical and military powerhouse while winning elections by a complete landslide without rigging them. Her very last one with the right of anti-migration parties was her worst result and still got 41% of the vote between 38 different parties.

Her standing down was the best thing to happen to Putin since Brexit.

She agreed a deal to supply Germany with 65 per cent of its gas from Russia.

If they want him to. There is a strategic advantage to the west and indeed his fellow countrymen painting him as mad or unwell, his unexpected demise looks less suspicious.
