Tear it up now
They’ll be reputational damage clause that renders contract null and void
Manure fans need to take a stand
For now I'll be giving them the benefit of the doubt presuming (maybe wrongly) that they are taking legal advice on ripping that contract up. If not then Man Utd supporters need to make their voice heard and I reckon they will.

Zelensky looks mortified in that interview, who could blame him. Bold statement regarding the West standing by and letting them get blown to bits, I wonder if we/USA are providing them with more equipment? It feels like we are tip toeing around Putin for fear of retribution.

He does but he’s also a sleazy fucker with a dodgy past, I stopped watching after realising his views on women from the former USSR countries, and some other dodgy stuff that I won’t go into for legal reasons. Instead I’ll link this subreddit:

This is the only thing I’ll post on the matter so as not to take the thread off topic. It opened my eyes and made me feel dirty for watching his videos.
Just had a quick skim, didn’t expect that.

They’re a massive threat like, with all of their wheat and zero nuclear weapons… The grounds for invasion included “de-nazification”, the Ukrainian president is Jewish and had members of his family die in the Holocaust. Anything that Putin says is propaganda and should be considered to be as valid as the opinions of Kim Jong-Un, Trump and Chemical f*cking Ali
It's easy to fall into the trap of ignoring very real problems by writing off uncomfortable truths as Russian propaganda.

Far right nationalism is real in Ukraine, and elsewhere in Eastern Europe too. Even commentators in The Atlantic and Foreign Policy, significant US think tanks sponsors, who originally dismissed any influence in Ukraine re-assessed their opinions and flagged it up as an issue.

In realpolitik, people have to make uneasy alliances and we need to consider ramifications down the line. That's difficult to do when the heat is on because most people are too keen to have a side to root for and become blind to anything else.

Exactly how I feel we’re going about things, I’m not sure if it’s the right thing to do or not mind, just feel so sorry for them man

It's the classic rock and a hard place imo. It feels so, so, so wrong to just stand by and watch this all play out. But when you're dealing with a nutcase with access to high grade weapons, how the hell do you play it. I don't know the answer tbh, its such an appalling situation.

This lad on Twitter is worth a fellow. He reposts on the ground footage and seems clued up on military equipment. He doesn't post any images of bodies thankfully.

It’s like watching that big bully of the school punch about a little geek for nothing, do you go over and help the lad and get walloped in the process or let him get belted whilst pretending you didn’t see it to protect yourself. Terrible terrible situation.

"NATO troops must not play an active role in Ukraine"
They wont supply a commentary on giving equipment to ukraine and also the routes taken.

It sounds to me like they're giving them more gear tbh.

yeah, seen the same vids. the ones of the lads pulling him out of the wreckage looks legit. the damage is immense and you can see the track marks on the ground as well... i used to drive tanks and know a good track mark when i see one..

Aye I immediately thought it might have been fake but you can see it's next to train tracks which the original footage showed too. Mindless.

In this instance mate, I'd risk a smack in the mouth to help the poor fucker.

It’s worse than that, it’s more do you intervene in the certain knowledge you’ll get battered and the bully is quite likely to burn your house down with your family in it.

Maybe. We know it`s a defensive organisation but do Russia think this??

I agree that he and possibly Russia has a different perception of Nato that is clear from his various comments and speeches. The issue will be if he goes further and invades a nato country in the future there will be no choice.

Retribution or the fear of even worsening gas prices? Both I suppose.

I think Putin has us (certainly Europe) by the short and curlys.
