I reckon wor Amanda will be running the show, the Saudis will have stumped up the £300m for sportswashing purposes (job done) they probably don't give a fuck about the football side.

You’re being very selective in what you want to believe. The quote is as follows:

"So that's what would come out of the club budget. The rest, £23m – I'll pay.

"And he still didn't sign it off.


Now to anyone reading that, it looks like Rafa valued Joelinton at £20m but also knew he had no intention of being there the following season as he had already negotiated his ‘project’ in China and therefore refused to sign off on the deal.

My original point still stands, Rafa valued him at £20m, as verified by your quote. The fact the deal never went through whilst he was there does not invalidate Rafa’s valuation.

They put the series together well. we're really no different from other supporters. We're hopeful but can also see reality.

I disagree. I think there are fundamental differences in how we view our teams and ourselves. And ultimately I just dont think we'd chuck all morals out the window like you lot have.
