My understanding is 7 points each but don’t take my word as gospelMurton have called today’s Second XI fixture against Brandon off because several of their first teamers are isolating.
Does that mean Brandon get the points due to Murton conceding?
That’s what I understand too, but I question how fair it is on Brandon, especially if Mainsforth play and win today. My understanding is 7 points each but don’t take my word as gospel
The issue here is a don't think Esh can be promoted. Last time they tried the ground was rejected as too small. As it stands in the D&NECL

That the teams occupying those berths at the moment (or close) still lots to play for!

Shame because they've had good teams over the years.
Its not really but its an imperfect systemThat’s what I understand too, but I question how fair it is on Brandon, especially if Mainsforth play and win today.
I spoke to league about 2 years ago and they didn’t seem to think that size of ground would be enough to stop a side getting promotedThe issue here is a don't think Esh can be promoted. Last time they tried the ground was rejected as too small.

Cant remember them ever having a Sunday team. Even when they had a full youth set up.They also don’t have a Sunday team.
Think they also have to play off with the winners of the Northumberland & Tyneside League too for a place in the NEPL.The issue here is a don't think Esh can be promoted. Last time they tried the ground was rejected as too small.

Think that's the rule for this season. But don't have book to hand.My understanding is 7 points each but don’t take my word as gospel

They will play in a play off against Consett. Rumours that Consetts pro will go home after this weeks game and miss the play off. It’s been a brilliant season for Seaham
Park and Harbour winning 3 of the 6 leagues!
What’s happening regarding promotion to NEPL? Is there a playoff between Park and another leagues champions? Or are they straight up?
Any idea on the venue? They will play in a play off against Consett. Rumours that Consetts pro will go home after this weeks game and miss the play off.
There still hasn't been anything confirmed. Often the problem is that clubs have Turfcare or a similar company booked in very quickly after the season ends, leaving very few grounds available as their pitches have been ripped up. I hope it is at a club ground though as it makes for a better atmosphere than the huge pitch at the Riverside.Any idea on the venue?
Shotley Bridge on SaturdayAny idea on the venue?
Shotley Bridge on Saturday
Suppose alot of clubs will have either started or finished their winter maintenance. Finding clubs that haven't this late on is more difficult.Thought they might’ve tried to find somewhere a bit more ‘in the middle’
