Further back than you’re thinking that’s for sure. You also said not too long back when it looks like it was so far back no one can actually remember.

It was set on fire once, it didn't damage it and it didn't get knocked down
Fair enough mate. Neither of us can say for sure.I totally disagree.
I think the acquisition of the council setting it on fire is a load of bollocks, the road was already being constructed around the building prior to any fire. Moreover they had a developer willing to renovate it. I also think there was a local arsonist arrested. There are loads of fires around the sheepfolds and deptford, with people setting fire to pretty much anything. I was walking through galleys gill park and some nuggets had set fire to the rubber feet used to support herras fencing.
civic centre has not been set on fire has it? Again can’t see council doing that as they’d be liable for the potential spread of asbestos across the city.
Scorched Simpson Street School in Sunderland 'not beyond rescue' after fire
The majority of the fire damage was isolated but one of the building's staircases will need to be replacedwww.chroniclelive.co.uk
Once is correct, my mistake.
It was damaged, have a read of the article to see.
I never said it was knocked down.
Fair enough mate. Neither of us can say for sure.
I find the timing of it very odd that's all.

Definitely had nowt to do with the council. Despite happening just as work was starting. Despite never having caught fire before in 200 years.A million pound for the rebuild as well
So not demolished as you had previously said.A million pound for the rebuild as well

I think its suspicious Bobster mate.and?
Despite work starting on the project in spring 2019, meaning that the route would have been fixed long before that to take the road around the building.Definitely had nowt to do with the council. Despite happening just as work was starting. Despite never having caught fire before in 200 years.
I never said that building was demolished. Keep up at the backSo not demolished as you had previously said.
Funny how it caught fire when it did. After all them years.Re: Simpson Street School. It was never in the way, the carriageways always went around it, there are numerous drawings that show this is the case. But don’t let facts get in the way of a good conspiracy theory, someone might set them ahad.
Yes you did. Read your post again.I never said that building was demolished. Keep up at the back
