They've heard that excuse before.Well they can piss off anyway. I used it once and kept throwing things into the trolley without scanning them anyway.

Do you put things into your bags as you go like?
Arrive at the checkout with everything already in bags, takes about 40 seconds to pay, and out the door, bags in the boot, done.
Had bag check I think twice in a year, they don’t unpack just scan 5-7 random items. Obviously in Silky Sainsbury’s the shoplifters stand out a mile from the normal shoppers, so they don’t check too often, appreciate this won’t be the case in every supermarket.
They go digging through things, which can be annoying when you're not a thief.Do they just pick items out of the top of the bag? So next time I'm shoplifting I can put the stolen goods at the bottom
Nah, they'll rummage but it's not that disruptive, and if I've four packs of XL condoms, three cucumbers and the economy size yoghurt they'll just have to deal it.Do they just pick items out of the top of the bag? So next time I'm shoplifting I can put the stolen goods at the bottom
Depressing, but inevitable. What a thoroughly depressing thought that is.
On a similar note, I used an app to pay for my petrol for the first time last week. Hard not to feel like a criminal driving off.
Never used it but I don’t get upset and angry when others do it.
No. Only a lunatic would. You dont believe they should be executed?
Probs less than 5mins, just taking into account waving the assistant over for the over 18 stuff, paying, possible random check. What’s the 5 mins for? If you’re loading straight into your bags then it should take no time.
Used to do online but let’s face it. If there’s veg with 27th July or the 30th July they are going for the 27th. Same with milk, bread etcWe get checked every time, nearly dumped it last time, asked for the manager, he said purely random ,told him to check my record, says it won't happed next time, guess what..
Online shopping now ,super saver £1 delivery, you get 4 hr window but narrows down to a hour on the day.bargain, you can amend it up until 11pm the night before.class.and no checks.
Made to pay and I think it might go on your nectar card, so if it’s a a regular occurrence they can ban you from using it. (Sainsys anyway)What happens if on a random check they find you haven't scanned and paid for something. Collar felt or just made to pay?
Asking for a friend of course...
Just send it back but they do warn you if dates a bit shorter ,had it twice, cream cake which we were eating straight away anyway and a curry which we planned to eat next night, so no worriesProbs less than 5mins, just taking into account waving the assistant over for the over 18 stuff, paying, possible random check.
