Unforgotten TV show

One of the very best British TV series going, available on Netflix and I player.

Just finished watching series 4, so good, tears shed in the bucko kip.

Class show.
I love it but that last series broke my heart tbh
I love Line of Duty but it has become a laugh-along parody of itself recently where you are just marking off cliches. Unforgotten has remained believable throughout. Nicola Walker is fantastic in everything she is in.
I love her even though Cass is a proper angry woman, constantly pained.
She worked really well with Sanjeev (and his backpack).
Sunny is mint, I want to see what he's constantly carrying around in that bloody backpack

Finished binge watching last night. One of the best shows I have seen in a while.

I was totally unprepared for the ending, having not heard anything about it.. Shocking.
But I am glad there is to be another series.
I found it was getting a bit formulaic for me. Always 4 or 5 linked suspects all connected.

That is what make it so different from the norm.. For me it's a regulation crime drama, but also you get 5 or 6 little short stories to boot.

Yup and that ending man, I cried for a canny bit but it was beautifully done and I'm sure Sunny will do his best bless him to keep things ticking over :(

Utterly formulaic. Everybody is guilty. None of the coppers on the original investigations had the unbelievable luck this lot have.

Of course it's formulaic. Every long running TV show has a formula which it sticks to series after series despite how unbelievable it might be
Agree, I especially loved River.

Anyone remember her in Chalk written by Stephen Moffat?

Well I started watching this on Tuesday evening after seeing this thread and I've just finished the 2nd series

Excellent TV, a bit different to the norm. There's some good acting in it, a load of faces you recognise as well. Mark Bonnar in Series 2 was fantastic and Nicola Walker has been great throughout.

I think I'll be finished by this time next week!
