Peterborough will go up automatically

All depends on Doncaster, they play them twice plus Lincoln the last 3 games of the season. Could easily not be in the playoffs if they go wrong with us, Oxford, Hull, Portsmouth and Charlton to play aswell.

They've also played weak teams plus Ipswich who are bang out of form atm the last few games. Wouldn't be surprised if they finished 5th or 6th.

they have underperformed in recent years

There is some utter shit in this league, really think they will go up now

Lincoln are nothing flash, needs to be our target, lot of work to do, its some gap, we need to win the next 3
 
They have just won five game on the bounce and str8 to the top, Lincoln had a run that put them top, Hull did before them.
This current League One is so bad, any run of victories will make you look like certainties to go up.
We win the next three games and people will be saying it is us.

The Fleetwood centre back who clattered into him tonight should have been booked.
 
See how they do if they have some injuries like we have, 17 games left. Lot can happen.
Wouldn't begrudge then going up with us like. Been close every year we've been down here.

There’s also been posts similar about Hull, Lincoln, Portsmouth & Doncaster in recent weeks. :lol:
 
Never watched them play if we aren't involved so no idea how good they are. On a good run tho but usually fade away.

I think it’ll be Portsmouth, and either us or Hull for the top two places.

I think Lincoln will bottle it, and think Peterborough won’t have the legs. I’m hoping that we’re on an upward path now, there’s been a difference in our attitude on the pitch in the last few games and I hope it’s going to continue, results will follow.
 
They’ve had unbelievable purple patches most seasons recently but implode when push comes to shove so it’s far from guaranteed they’ll maintain this run. No one has really grasped the nettle yet, could be any of the top six or seven.
 
Lived in pboro for 16 years before getting out and heading back north and used to go to a few games. Loads of mates Posh fans. They have a theory that the owner can’t afford to go up. They have a good squad and most years fly out the blocks and then strange things happen with the team. Best players get sold or moved on, the drive to get across the line dwindles. I’m not sure they will go up automatically. Lincoln, Hull, Posh and Portsmouth have all had good runs this year. We haven’t looks like the league it going to be all about timing.
 
Said on Saturday that I felt us and Posh were the teams pulling it together at the right time. I think they will definitely be in the top 2 and we'll be scrapping with Pompey and Hull for the remaining automatic promotion place.
