it's a shitty modern day tale all round

  • bloke is obviously an arsehole, what adult would do that ?
  • dad is a massive fanny whining on FB no doubt
  • the council subcontracts bin collections to some shite like interserve or capita
  • they employ agency staff with zero rights
  • The Sun / Star all over it
  • it goes viral

welcome to 2021

Case closed, shut down thread.

Bit of an arsehole thing to do.

Then to try and justify it by comparing it to coronavirus wtf ..........

People saying he’s risked his life during the oandemic(

A he’s a f***ing bin man not a doctor
B doesn’t give you the right to go on like a twat

Think of the effect on the burden on the NHS if frontline Doctors were allowed to go around kicking people's heads off

Thought COVID was a hoax and then caught it - boot it clean off
Perverts with glass bottles up their hoops - wallop it to bits

Would free up loads of beds

EU cock up on vaccine roll out, which will cost lives. No heads roll, but dustman gets sack for rolling snowman’s head.

It was definitely a daft and childish thing to do, but a bit extreme to lose your job over. It'll also reflect on his future employment chances when a potential employer asks for references and why he left his bin job. He doesn't deserve to have his life ruined for this it really is nuts.

Reference these days is just the time you were employed from and til. It doesn't need a character reference to go with it.
Hopefully he can take this opportunity to assess his outlook and channel that rage into something more positive.

Why do you think he did it in a rage? He was more likely laughing when he did it.
A daft thing to do but not in any way worthy of losing a job over. His employers have massively over reacted but it's the nature of the game these days I suppose. Somebody has complained so we must show them a pound of flesh.

A they’re not his employers
B he was done for nutting a barman and two coppers, so could’ve been on a final warning.
C if he hadn’t done it no one could’ve complained

He’s clearly a bellend

Honestly don't get the bit about his employers over reacting. He was employed by the local council, albeit through an agency, and he walked into someone's garden and kicked a bairn's snowman's head off.

Maybe if the snowman had have been out in the street and he'd have done it pissed when he was out with the lads then it might have seemed funny. But he wasn't out with lads and the snowman wasn't in the street. He was at work, representing the local authority. And the snowman was on someone's private property, built by their kids who let's face it, in recent years have had many or even any opportunities to do such a thing.

I've honestly got no idea how people are standing up for this prick or slagging the council off for their reaction.

If he'd have worked for a private company, lets say a delivery firm or summit, had arrived at the house to make his delivery, saw a snowman in the garden and two footed it, do you think the private company would have looked upon his behaviour any differently? Would they bollocks.

Wonder how well his recent interviews are going. Is there change in his potential fortune after the interviewer has to put their poker face on and pretend they haven't just realised their interviewee is the daft radgie prick who lost his job beating a bairns slatternly snowman senseless?

He assaulted a barman and two police officers last summer. Save your sympathy for somebody who deserves it.

Tbf it’s criminal damage. Someone’s property and on their land. No different to if he went and booted their mailbox or something tbh. Stupid thing to do and he deserves everything coming to him tbh
