I think thats cheap and cheerful stuff for people who don't really like vodka as that is what I buy.
lot of my Russian pals drink it..and though they'd drink about anything if need be..they say that's the best stuff.
Fair enough, I think most the expensive vodkas are not Russian but I could be wrang. It seems the less you can taste it the more expensive it is with Vodka.
Much prefer scotch ...but it gets me far too belligerent and I'm far too old for that stuff..so changed to vodka.
let's face it, after the first one it aint the taste we're after any more...I am a gin and rum man myself but not an expert on either.
