Im sorry, but no chance Parkinson has a better CV. Plus, we all know that guy is a f***ing clown, going to take a lot for anybody to be worst than him
Yeah he’s shit and still done more than Johnson in his career
Parkinson had a remarkable cup run and a couple of league one promotions so it might appear that way superficially but his record in the championship is very poor. Johnson has significantly greater potential to keep us in that division if he can get us there.
johnson was at Bristol city where he spent about £60m and managed to keep them standing still in mid table.

This is a complete guess but, I am of the assumption that there will be a classification and option to purchase shares at certain trigger points, or after a certain period of time.

I would suspect that KLD will have the option over SD and JS over CM shares. This triggered at either say a) promotion to the Championship at a certain price, and or b) promotion to the Premier League, or c) after fixed periods of time.

i suspect that the voting rules contained within the Shareholders Agreement, will also ensure that there is some restriction that prevents either of KLD or JS alIgning with minority shareholders to outvote the other major shareholder.

Via the above structure, KLD and JS would have control on all decision making with SD only receiving further enhanced payments when the club actually succeeds. CM would effectively be holding his 5% based on a latter return whereas SD gets a partial return now and reduces his financial liabilities.

Perhaps why we think a head of recruitment is needed? I’m not suggesting he’s my choice, he absolutely isn’t but at championship level he’s probably a better coach than Parkinson. Irrelevant really until we get there.

I'm not saying Johnson is the right person for the job, but you say he spent £60m to stand still at Bristol City? I was wondering how much was brought in by sales in the same tine. Genuine question.
