I shall return my medals then, cheers

The stringer vest and fake tan brigade do my head in mind. More time taking selfies and having 4 people take up one dumbbell bench for presses with hands all over each others elbows
If you need help and you're not doing max rep then you're doing it wrong

Just got too look at the amount of obese kids theses days a lot of them follow there parents lifestyle and sit around on computers not involved with any type of sports or activities
Using a gym or sports club is a good lifestyle choice

Agree but I think a lot of it is also the parents just give in. We have an entire generation of selfish, self indulged little brats. If they`re hungry they reach for the biscuit tin instead of being told to sod off until its tea time.

I`m not saying theres not a time and a place for the gym, certain lifestyles may mean thats the only way you can keep yourself in shape and keep yer head right BUT the lifting patter I hear on an almost daily basis from these lot in their 20s, means I can not really see any reason why they are in a gym, let alone talk about it as if they are some modern day Charles Atlas. If they want to spend their time talking, they might as well go on a 5 mile walk and talk whilst they are doing it.

Personally I`d rather eat right and go for a walk, play 5 a side (its been a while for that I must admit mind) or go for a bike ride

There is a cross section of people in any gym. Some are dull boring people some are nice interesting people just like life.

One thing is common though- they all tend to be unhappy about an area of their body.

Any activities are better than nothing and it doesn’t have to be in a gym
I think it’s finding something that works for you
usually the hardest thing is actually getting motivated to start get back into ur 5 a side 😉 I wish I could still play bloody knees
I am lucky and have a fair bit time on my hands I do a fair bit walking and cycling and do a few different workouts in gym I have tried the classes some I like others not and usually finish off with a swim and sauna when it was allowed
Ideally I would still be playing competitive sport but old football injuries have scuppered that
Suppose I probably am a bit obsessed with it now as I definitely see my mood change if I don’t exercise for a few days
but I feel the buzz when finished exercising is worth it
What ever you do enjoy 👍

I`ve reached the age where if i do nothing for a few days I start to stiffen up , especially my lower back  :(

Something very suspicious about them in my eyes.

Generally young people or old people pretending their young.

And more often than not I see them eating absolute shite for their baits

Wronguns.

If they ate more sensibly and just got out and about more they wouldn't have to faff on with all that bollocks.
Shit, I've been sussed.

My posing music for after the compulsory poses was Diamonds and Pearls by Prince doing some classic open like a flower then a drum roll jump down off the podium into War by Edwin Star closing with a most muscular.
Was a challenge recording that onto a cassette like.
