People who talk about "the gym"



Need to mix it up a bit in the new year.

Went wed n just didnt enjoy. Generally do about 40 mins cardio while watching a podcast then half hour weights/medicine ball etc.

Most of the latter was out of use, sauna which i love shut, came away thinking id sooner take the dog out, bike ride or round of golf.
Fiver a week so cant complain.
 
Various forms of cardio fitness and resistance training should be combined ideally. Each have benefits you won't get from the other. If you can ignore the wankers, it pays off later in life


Glad I’ve found a way to enjoy both. Might start doing CrossFit to use my new found cv fitness.
