If you could go back in time and watch any game live, that did not involve your club or country, what would it be?

Just purely based on atmosphere I would say Greece v Portugal Euro 2004 final. I reckon the Greeks would have gone mental that night

Villa Man Utd.

Villa two up with fifteen to go.

Man Utd win 2-3.

Away fans in all parts of Villa Park and piling onto the pitch.

What was that European Cup final (I think) between Man U and Bayern where Man U were getting beat by 2 (I think) and ended up coming back to win it?

I saw it on TV in a pub and thought it was an immense match.

Probably about 20 years ago?

1974 cup final Scousers v skunks
final whistle went and all the toon players ran after the ball so they could tell their Grandkids they touched it in the final

I like to get them with this "quiz"...

Who was the last Newcastle player to touch the ball in the 1974 Cup Final? Clue- it was in the first half ;)

You are talking about champions league 1999... The final when Sheringham and solskjaer scored... Man utd were only 1 down.... Or you could be talking about Man utd v Juventus in the semi final when man utd were 2 down in that but won 3 - 2

Probably Romania Colombia , think 1994.

, this a wind up, you know owt about football, 2-0 ffs

Anyway back on point, I’d say 1970 World Cup final on Celtic v Leeds at Hampden Park, 135,000 in attendance

The Barca-PSG game where they came back from 4-0 in the first leg was incredible. Same when Roma did it to Barca the following year (although I think that was only 3-0).

Probably Liverpool 4-0 Barcelona.

Fantastic atmosphere from the second best fans in the world (we're the best marras) driving their team to glory. Real roy of the rovers, jumpers for goalposts stuff.

Then they sung YNWA in front of the Kop. It got dusty in my gaff....
