Rage Against the Machine Leeds and Reading 2020

It is. And I'm saying if jumping about to some novelty act, singing his novelty song in his novelty hat is your idea of a good time it's probably time to grow up.

 "Folk scene".
Haway man, festivals are the 1 weekend of the year you get to act like a kid. Drink wine for breakfast, then dance about in your light up pterodactyl outfit. I think you’re th wine missing the point.
And aye, folk is a legitimate music type.

 Says the SMB's answer to Josh Baskin.

 Folk being a legitimate form of music doesn't make Gerry fuckin' Cinnamon a legitimate folk act.

It's a different song again when they do it together.

I've got Renegades on at the moment like - better than I remembered. Maybe it's just Maggie's Farm I hated.

Aye. On the face of it an unlikely combination but it works brilliantly.

There was a video knocking around of their first live attempt and it was just ok - but Morello admitted he was shitting himself playing with Springsteen for the first time.

Better line up than the last few years to be fair. Rage, RTJ, Slowthai, Rex Orange County, Fontaines DC, Idles, Migos, JPEGMAFIA, 070 Shake, Denzel Curry, Danny Brown and Ghetts is a canny weekend.

Hip Hop's the biggest genre in the world and Leeds is aimed at teenagers, I'm not really sure why old men that still think Liam Gallagher makes good music are moaning about the line up every year.

What do those new bands you listed sound like? Are they worth checking out? I'm hardly old but grew up with RATM, Nirvana, Pantera, Alice in Chains, Oasis etc etc so I'm genuinely not aware of 99% of the bands on at Leeds.

Sports Team are playing.

If you've never heard of them, google them and then cry for the end of music.
Sounds like Art Brut from about 15 years ago

I stopped knowing 99% of the bands at Leeds when I stopped listening to Radio 1.
