Pacers week at Hartlepool this week. If anyone's looking to beat a specific time (to the nearest minute) let me know & I'll see if anyone will cover it.
I’ll be putting a request in for end of Feb I reckon, not quite ready for a PB crack just yet.
Apparently wasn’t the record. Crazy fast thoughDurham’s course record went this morning, lad did it in 15:56. Unsurprisingly it wasn’t me!

Found the lad who did it on Strava, he’s ran 242 miles already this year! Durham studentAye someone said that at Striders tonight, the run director was telling people coming through the finish it had gone so I didn’t bother checking!

Albert Park must be a canny route like. Just noticed their course record is sub 15 mins. Do you just roll down a steep hill?1st Saturday of each month marra so next one after this will be 7th of March. Albert Park do pacers on the last Saturday of the month & that's pretty flat so could be another option.

my plan will have me on 92 by the end of Jan. Was gonna try squeeze 100 in but then I added Feb miles up....135 at least so think I'll save myselfLad alive, makes my 62 look utterly pathetic!

Volunteering at Whitley Bay this week. Looks like a breezy one.
My running club now have a Parkrun competition, have to run 13 different runs and volunteer 5 times to qualify.
Hopefully it might get me out of bed on Saturday morning as haven't done a parkrun for months. Volunteering this week is a start as it means I have to go
A disappointing 22:34 at a windy Silksworth this morning. Good turnout mind.
22.22 at Sedgefield. The middle mile killed me as it was 40secs slower than mile 1. If I hadn't slowed down so much I might have got that elusive sub 22.
