Never said I know how to run a football club, Donald is running the club at the min , it’s been poor this season but I bet you weren’t complaining much last season

I was, it was plain as day you could see our team wasn't very good. I stated that no-one will give a shit about how he's being nice to certain fans if the football doesn't improve. I said if we were shit then fans will turn en masse as it's the only thing that anyone actually gives a shit about.
Last season we struggled against just about every team we played, creating very little week in, week out. Plenty of fans argued this, some closed their eyes and stuck their head in the sand as ignored it as well. Lots were worried about how the academy was being run, lots worried by the transfers being made. It wasn't as if the signs weren't there that we were turning even shitter than we already were.
Some claimed Donald 'saved the club' which was always a load of bollocks, we had other buyers who wanted in, he did fuck all to get rid of the debt. That was ALL Short who knew the debt we had was all down to his ineptitude so he rid us of it.
All Donald has done is strip the club down as much as possible and we are seeing the results of it all now. The football is diabolically shite throughout the whole of the club at every single level

This is just a continuation of last season.Goodwill, luck and individual performances pulled us out the shite last.that couldn’t continue which it didn’t after the year.

ross well and truly fucked us.
As I understand it Coton had a list of solid L1 players which Ross fucked off for ball playing midgets trying to look like the lower league Mourinho.

Meanwhile the media want us to believe he is the innocent party because he's back posturing in Scottish football.

If they had wanted the club they would have bought it by now.
Why would they pay over the odds for us tho? They are obviously clever business men and won’t be out smarted by delboy. They obviously want the club and want to give it the best chance of success so you wouldn’t start any business by paying over the odds.

Do you not think that this all might be slightly off putting for them?

That’s my main reservation about all this.
Donald told the supporters collective that FPP, when considering all their more trouble-free investments, were a bit apprehensive about the volatile nature of football in general and of our own fan base in terms of of reputational impact. That was one reason for a tentative start to a potential relationship.

That said, who knows what went on behind the scenes, and FPP would surely have enough confidence to trust themselves to take it on and make a go of it if they really want to.

Correct ,Ross was very pally with Nick Barnes and obviously drip fed him info.

the talk in at the fire station was embarrassing the way Barnes and some of the fans kissed Jack Ross’s arse.He had this league on a plate last year and he steadily fucked it up from November onwards.

“Jack Ross will go onto manage at a higher level than SAFC “

fuck off.

For me, no, I don't think it will be.

Let's be honest, if they want the club but haven't bought it yet it's likely that a disagreement over the value of the club is what's holding it up. If that's the case, then this is great news for them because it ramps pressure up on Donald who, worried that it might translate into massively lower season card sales, may be more keen to get out.

Equally it proves that the passion is still there. Our fan base is often stated to be one of the main selling points of the club. With numbers dwindling they might think it will be a hard job to get people interested again. Instead this suggests there's thousands of people very much still engaged, just pissed off with the current owner.

It's only really a worry for them if they think they won't be any better at owning a club than Donald, and I'm sure they aren't thinking that! If they still want the club this is probably exactly what they hoped for
Spot on

Not like Stew to throw blame back at the fans

At £30-50 million. Now they can get it for a touch over £9m
The clubs value is dropping by the week... If we go down that value could plummet.
Stick or twist now for Donald lose tomorrow and you heading towards a relagation situation. Donald isn't stupid and he must be concerned that fpp are looking at this as midmsnagment of a business that has way too much baggage

Where have you got the fact that we have run out of money from?

It’s not fact. Very little on this thread is fact. It’s an assumption based on having to loan £10m to cover running costs for infrastructure, the refusal to sack PP and the general lack of investment on players. All suggests we simply don’t have any money and with parachute payments now over there’s a £15m gap to fill next season.

Assuming we lose at Doncaster the screw will keep turning, it will be interesting if we get a win. Even the RAWA statement on Donald could just as easily be aimed at the manager.

Parkinson and Donald will be desperate for a win but I’m not expecting any change of tactics, probably just another stubborn gritty showing that will yield sod all.

On the good work RAWA/RR/WMS have set out.
The good work?
They've put out a pathetic statement saying for Donald to go because PP substituted a defender for a defender when he was playing 3 at the back anyway!
SD may be useless. SAFC may be better without him, but put out a better statement saying what he's done wrong and why they want him out, rather than that absolute shambles of a statement.
It's pathetic
