At least people not accepting how the club is being run . Everything is wrong on and off the pitch

There are still a fair few who are either waiting to to just sit patiently hoping for a miracle that Parky somehow turns this around or who simply will just turn their backs.

If this was any club other than Sunderland people would be up in arms man! We shouldn't just accept our current state and apathy to protect 140 years of history is our biggest threat.

Can I ask you, what do you, or Stewart Donald, know about running a football club? Let alone running one successfully?
Never said I know how to run a football club, Donald is running the club at the min , it’s been poor this season but I bet you weren’t complaining much last season

They already do have control of the club you melt. He can’t sell it without recourse to them first.
They don’t have control of the club, the club goes to them if he defaults on the loan , that’s just a security thing as you would have against any loan. They have no shares in the club, if they were in control of the club so you really think they wouldn’t have made Donald sack PP by now
Yes you are.
Funny how no one else thinks that, just you . There’s not 1 comment that insults the fan base

All this talk him needing to find the money to pay the loan back. Would he have actually spent much of the money yet? What's he spent on so far, fixing a lift? I'd imagine the bulk of it would be sitting in a bank account at the moment, no?

Its allocated to improve infrastructure mate (making sure we maintain cat A academy status etc). The Americans aren’t daft

I believe the #Donaldout statement unfortunately had to be done and well done to the 4 groups that have come together to get it out there. This will gain momentum and media coverage, is there any plans for any action to follow up? Red card protest etc.? @Ghandi Floss @Cack Stottie

They have control of the club. They have the security in the shares. Donald can’t sell the club without their permission. Donald can’t take out another secure loan without their permission. They even attend board meetings.

when you see trending an assume its trump
Poor bloke. Imagine doubling down on Twitter with your real name

Buy a new lock Avril!
Yet here you are on one, arguing like fuck with everybody challenging you.

Buyer = FPP
I wouldn't worry. As soon as FPP own the club pwsafc will magically forget all about Stewart Donald and start backing his new American masters without question.

A few ideas were discussed last night but for now it's a case of seeing if there is a response from Donald to the statement.

That is the worst term used by fans, “out of his depth”

Stalker

Because managers get sacked for being shit, you can’t just get rid of a owner

It’s not irrelevant , you admit your mistakes and get in a decent manager

If you are not on a wind up then clearly you are clueless.

having considered what I’ve written, I have come to the conclusion that it is both and most likely a Mag as well.

‘Fickle fans’? Aye right, course we are. The fan base of SAFC has stuck with the club through some horrendous seasons giving their all. Time is up though.

First of all, I don’t support Sunderland.

Admittedly, when he first took over there appeared to be a great deal of positivity surging through the club, much of which can be attributed to the new ownership. Donald et al engaged with the fans and results, on the whole, were good.

I would agree it is unlikely that there are a queue of willing buyers out there at the minute, I also think that Donald is being proven to be a very poor chairman. Ultimately, he is responsible for where Sunderland are at the minute. Afterall, he would be basking in it if the club was at the top of the league. He had a hard job to start with but it is difficult to argue he has made a good fist of it.

He appears to this untutored eye to be wildly out of his depth. Nothing in his business career suggests he can run a club as big as Sunderland. His tenure at Eastleigh and establishing a small insurance company (which employs what, 25 people) would not fill me with too much optimism.

I don’t know for certain why he bought the club but ego and a desire to make a quick profit might well have something to do with it. But now things aren’t going so well you’re beginning to see just how capable he is.

Added to that, he is, at best, economical with the truth. He has yet to answer clearly how much he put into the club to purchase it as far as I can gather. He might not be a bad bloke and I would imagine he really wants to see Sunderland get promoted, but he is way, way out of his depth as an owner of such a big club. And I wouldn’t trust him as far as I could kick him.

He’s a dreadful owner and chairman in my view.
