Campaign to get me in the dressing room. I'd give them a death stare and get them telt with me hands on me hips and everything.
I'm refusing to clap at anytime during the match. Sure, there isn't much happening to get me to clap and i cant clap anyway because of my shoulder, but it will still show the bastards.

For me, no, I don't think it will be.

Let's be honest, if they want the club but haven't bought it yet it's likely that a disagreement over the value of the club is what's holding it up. If that's the case, then this is great news for them because it ramps pressure up on Donald who, worried that it might translate into massively lower season card sales, may be more keen to get out.

Equally it proves that the passion is still there. Our fan base is often stated to be one of the main selling points of the club. With numbers dwindling they might think it will be a hard job to get people interested again. Instead this suggests there's thousands of people very much still engaged, just pissed off with the current owner.

It's only really a worry for them if they think they won't be any better at owning a club than Donald, and I'm sure they aren't thinking that! If they still want the club this is probably exactly what they hoped for
Maybe they're waiting for the what I think is called a distressed asset moving to needing life support. If they think they'll be better at owning it then they must be acting on Steve McLarens advice who also must be lined up to be a DoF.

It’s on Twitter, don’t think a owner is going to listen to that much. Plus you can’t just get a owner out, you need someone to buy the club first

He's a complete narcissist who used Twitter to make himself popular, he will 100% be aware of the message and the amount of fans who are fully supportive of it. Picked up a fair bit of traction with the national press as well.

Or Juan and Donald just pay the loan back and then hold out for 30-50m
Financially that would make no sense.

Until this year's financial reports are released here's no evidence SD has invested more than £5m of his own money in the club. Why would he throw twice as much to buy it back in its current state?

As for Juan, he's been as much use as a house brick and I can't see that changing since Charlie's disappeared

It’s not fact. Very little on this thread is fact. It’s an assumption based on having to loan £10m to cover running costs for infrastructure, the refusal to sack PP and the general lack of investment on players. All suggests we simply don’t have any money and with parachute payments now over there’s a £15m gap to fill next season.
I don’t think the £10m was to cover running costs was it? It was fixing infrastructure.
I’m not sure the reason we haven’t sacked Parkinson is money related.
We should have plenty of money this year with parachute payments and reduced costs, I can’t see how we wouldn’t be making a profit.

but then they need to fund the club themselves too, parachute money stops and we’re stuck in league 1 with loads of work to do on infrastructure & squad.

they’d likely be in for a long haul then, and i’m not sure thats what they want

If you want SD out, why wasnt a statement put out about all the bad things he has done?
It seems from the statement that we want SD out as PP substituted a defender for a defender when he was playing 3 at the back anyway.

I find it pathetic tbh.
Surely it could have been better?

I honestly don’t think this helps anyone at all. It has never worked for the Mags has it?
Could literally see Donald completely withdrawing from the club and completely f***ing it over. Unless the fan groups know of a billionaire in waiting???

You are aware that would involve him losing more money than he could afford to aren’t you?

He’s not a billionaire like Short, he can’t take such a large hit.

This is exactly the right way to go about turning up the heat and hopefully persuading him to cut his losses and get out

Theres loads of threads on it already.

Mind I think people are cautious because he seems pretty keen on legal action

I thought the statement was good in terms of the 'last straw' regarding Parky.

He could
But he won't. He wants out and he wants to do it for a profit. Doing the above would cost around 3.75m after you settle dickheads compo plus the costs of sacking his backroom staff

The profit thing is probably getting a bit overplayed tbh. I suspect he is just hoping to minimise his losses now

He can only blame himself for this mess really.
They started off saying they would be accountable for mistakes etc, then they go missing or the information dries up when something big Does go wrong. Ie the takeovers.

actions speak louder than words, and he hasn’t took any for a long while
