Why shouldn't I be? A number of your supporters visit our forum and comment.

He's obviously struggling but I don't believe it's deliberate and fans saying they are going to stay away from games is pretty pathetic imho. What's better a half empty ground or a fanbase that supports the team during the match even if there are subsequent protests at the way it is run after the match/in the local media?

many pitch up at oxford then?

I'm not saying whether you should nor shouldn't but your sole intention appears to be to get a rise out of people. It's a bit odd when Oxford don't get a second thought, unless we play you.
Because he's Stewart Donald?

Its got to be him or Methven. He's suddenly appeared when its started going to shit, giving it large and trying to get a rise.
Will be boxing day for me, first time back in the north east for a couple of months and have zero interest in the game. Really sad state of affairs how much interest the fanbase is losing the last 6 months. You only have to see away sales compared to last year to get the evidence alot of fans are sick to death of it.

Our average attendance this year is over double the size of your stadium man you f***ing spenk

Their average attendance last season was a quarter of ours. I've no idea what he's trying to achieve here.
He has to be Donald, Methven or someone connected to them.

When have we ever suggested we’re the best supporters world? We have a solid fan base, can’t blame anyone for not going after the false promises and the shit we’ve went through the last couple of years. Anyone suggesting otherwise, is a f***ing idiot.
Really? So you should only go when things are going well? Best pop off and support Liverpool then, or Leicester after Christmas if they get to the top spot. Fan loyalty is sticking with your club and going through the bad times as well as the good ones. Believe me given our last 15 years, I've been sorely tested but have never stopped going to the matches however painful it was. That makes our current league position and run of form all the more enjoyable.
You come on just to have a pop ?
No but I'm genuinely interested that fans are planning to not attend matches and so commented on this.
fuck off back to your own board

Yes - that's right, you've seen through my cunning disguise. I don't like coming to games now because you call me names and so I'm just going to comment on the forum

So? That's irrelevant to the point I'm making which is that some of your fans are planning to not attend games because the going has got a bit tough. Barcelona get three times the attendance you do but that doesn't make them 3 times more loyal.

Nope - I was on here before the League Cup game and had some good conversation with your posters. Sorry if questioning the loyalty of fans who have stated they aren't going any more is close to the mark but if it isn't a weakness in loyalty, then what is it?

Going has got a bit tough? We are literally the worst we have ever been in our history by a country mile, have an owner who is nowhere near in a position to run the club. It's a shambles man and people are sick of it.

One thing we can't be accused of is glory hunting. Last year we had the record ever attendances for the 3rd Division - better than Man City, Leeds etc. when they were down here. This year we followed that up with more season tickets. It is right that we should aspire to automatic promotion and have higher aspirations than Oxford. That gives us no divine right to be ahead of you or have higher aspiration but those aspirations are correct. We, the fans, have more than done our bit and are right to say what is happening is not acceptable - the manager putting out 5 non-attacking defenders against the 15th place team is not acceptable and needs challenging. However, you are responding to a handful of people on a social media site for a team who have amongst the most loyal fans in the country. Will some not go? Probably. Will we have incredible attendances even if we flirt with relegation? Yes.

You are entitled to your opinion and the right to express it. I wish you good day, but have no desire to enter any further discussion with you.

Desperate measure from a desperate man.
If we are to be subjected to the rest of the season with PP he had better pull some rabbits out in the January window or there won't be anyone there in the stands by the end of the season.
That is not disloyalty that is applying common sense and sending a message to the owner that we'll no longer tolerate 3rd class football from a 3rd class administration

I might take Phil Smith seriously as a journalist when he actually challenges Parkinson in a presser. The team selection comments after Saturdays surrender at Gillingham & the players not trying against Burton are the questions that should be asked.

Look Bonny lad we neither need or want advice from someone who uses the word guys

SD needs to re think PP's stay at the club, results have proved that he can not motivate the players, and we have quickly become whipping boys of league one under him, and I reckon we will probably lose on Saturday as well, SD will surely then have to get shot of him.

Good results get a bigger crowd, bad results will see a drop in crowds. It's the same the world over.

You’re obviously heavily disabled if you think you can have a go at someone for walking away after the shite we’ve had the last couple years. Bet you think the united fans who got sick of the glazers, and sky so created there own side are fickle too? In all honesty, you’re a bit of an idiot.

So, you came on here for discussion just before we played you and have suddenly reappeared, trying to get a rise out of people now you/your mob are f***ing things up at our club?
Do you not find the timing coincidental?
