Ah right nah I didn't see it, I've seen some really bizzare accusations on twitter to be honest, Stewart Donald has bent over backwards for fans and he has had it thrown in his face recently.

I'm all for constructive criticism but people really have allowed themselves to be whipped up into a frenzy. I hope the MSD thing happens though because I think it'll be what's best for the club, if it's not right for Donald though you have to accept he isn't just going to roll over and have his belly tickled.

yes. we know.msd capital is one of theirs and msd partners the other, plus the thing they set up in the UK.
Is it msd caputal where they manage other folks money and msd partners thats their investment vehicle or vice versa? there are three entities not to. but the one where they manage for other folks is not in the safc deal.

MSD Capital - They look after Mr. Dells money
MSD Partners- They invest other peoples money
FPP - Their own little SAFC project, using their own money.

ah i see..so they have two firms for other folks money..that i didnt realise. shows they will have full time jobs in the US..not much time for safc.

While I’d love this to be true, why does everybody take this as gospel?

Incredible really how something like this, unsolicited starts all the knee jerking etc, then if it hasn’t happened by Tuesday it becomes somebody else’s fault. Over on not606 riv is sharing a partial text about sacking hill and coton, probably in good faith, but that’s now become the catalyst for our takeover to come to fruition. Amazing to watch everybody just grasping at anything that’s remotely news made up or not.

What will they do with their convertible loan options if Donald continues to make a pigs ear of things and we don't make it back to "the big time"? Unlikely to invoke the equity and then that just leaves us back to square one with massive unmanageable debt but without the safety net of uncle Ellis as our benefactor. When we can't repay the debt they will probably end up bulldozing the stadium and AOL etc and building a shopping mall.

without the safety net of the parachute payments whicj cleared the external debt last time..

The point is if we go heavily into hoc with some aggressive New York financier types we will be fucked if we don't make it back to the Premier League within a certain time line. They will hold security over the assets and will liquidate them in the most profitable way.

so what happened under ellis then? when he put us into hoc to sbc corproation with huge interest payments every yearmandd use the para money to clear the debt?

any evidence thats whats happening now?
i read on here msd were minted and this was philantrpy not business and only SD wants a profit from football.
