He didn't. He's simply opening a new branch of his leasing company in Sunderland as part of a planned expansion. The head office will remain in Oxfordshire.

The takeover being on/off and who has been funding the club's losses are not materially dependent on each other.

The reporter could be very confident and have verified evidence that SD has been funding losses yet still add a little bit of spice to takeover rumours.

Excellent. The opposite could be true. He could be reporting 100% fact on takeover but speculating on club finances.

Works either way and I find it astonishing you need this pointing out.

Both may well be true but one or the other being true is not a good reason to simply assume the other is.
 
Some investment will come in and it'll be announced 24-48hrs, from MSD
Sec loan and resources to take the club back to big time at which point they'll take control
Things are too small fry currently for them to be overly excited
But this will work for everyone

if the article is bolloix..then msd arent coming..if the article is true..sd put more than £10m of his own in..believe whichever you like.

the first is public inof..the second is how p/e guys work and has input from the current owners (the guys who control the process) i didnt know sd was getting a new role-are you itk enough to know that?

Personal abuse towards him is poor show but he has brought a lot of criticism on himself.
If you are going to be transparent then you have to be 100% not 95% because when people find out about the 5% they go looking for more.

not doubting you however I’ve heard too many of these stories to believe any.
 
sounds like theyre dangling the carrot of hope for the donkeys willing to chase it.
think weve missed our chance and msd dont mess around
