It certainly does, probably lose half to tax if you give them a million lumper. I think I would give people a credit card with a £10k a month limit on and just pay them off every month.

Think they've wised up on that - they (and the BBC), seem to know all the IP addresses from my VPN provider and it's still blocked. I use Private Internet Access (PIA). Others may work, but PIA doesn't.
